General terms and conditions of use<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. The owner and operator of the<\/span> website<\/span> ozolaivas.lv<\/span><\/a> is Ozolaivas Ltd, registration no. 40203262331 (further – Ozolaivas).<\/li>\n
  2. The General Terms and Conditions shall not conflict with the applicable provisions of law of the Republic of Latvia and shall, where necessary, be supplemented by applicable provisions of law.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. By visiting ozolaivas.lv<\/a>, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before booking.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. In the event of non-compliance, Ozolaivas has the right to cancel the booking and refuse the service. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Ozolaivas uses the WordPress e-commerce plugin Woocommerce to provide the functionality of the<\/span> online shop<\/span> (ozolaivas.lv<\/span><\/a>).<\/li>\n
  6. The use of material published on Ozolaivas.lv<\/a> is subject to the agreement of Ozolaivas, references must be used.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. All prices on<\/span> ozolaivas.lv<\/span><\/a> are inclusive of VAT 21%.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Ozolaivas reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions at any time. Once amended, the new terms and conditions will be posted on the Ozolaivas website. <\/span><\/li>\n
  9. In case of disputes and disagreements, they shall be settled by mutual agreement or, failing agreement, in accordance with the applicable law of the Republic of Latvia. <\/span><\/li>\n
  10. The Parties shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure: accidents, disasters, epidemics, acts of war, strikes, internal disturbances, blockades, acts of public authorities and any unforeseeable emergency or event beyond the control of the Parties and not caused by their fault or negligence and which could not have been avoided by taking reasonable precautions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    General rules for boat rental<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Individual boat trips are available from 4 boats or \u20ac160 for less than 4 boats.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Boat rental price:<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. Individual trips: \u20ac40\/boat; \u20ac20\/boat each following day;<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. For public trips: \u20ac30 – \u20ac60\/boat (depending on the route).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. The price includes: canoe boat, safety vests, 2 canoe paddles, boat delivery, transport logistics, safety and technical briefing. <\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Ozolaivas offers 53 canoes with 3 benches with carrying capacities up to 180kg, 240kg and 300kg.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Ozolaivas provides full service with delivery, we do not offer to come and pick up the boats yourself.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. A waterproof duffle bag is available at an extra cost of \u20ac 3 \/ bag (80l, holds 2 backpacks).<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. If individual trips require an accompanying boat (except for bog trips or Jelgava evening trips), an additional fee of \u20ac20\/boat applies.<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. If the individual trip takes place outside our core area (boats must be delivered further than 70km from Ozolnieki, Ozolnieki municipality, Jelgava region), a delivery charge of EUR 0.50 per km will be applied for each kilometre exceeded. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Booking and boat trip rules<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Boat trip bookings are accepted on the website<\/span> ozolaivas.lv<\/span><\/a> by filling in the booking form and making payment.<\/span> <\/li>\n
        2. For individual trips, reservations are accepted by e-mail<\/span> info@ozolaivas.lv<\/span><\/a> or by phone +371 23202900<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. When registering for a trip, Ozolaivas will send a confirmation of your trip registration to the email address provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. The day before the scheduled trip, details of the trip, arrival location, time, etc. will be sent to the email address provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. By registering for a boat trip you agree that during the boat trip you may be photographed and filmed, and the photos and videos may be posted on the website and social networks. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must inform an Ozolaivas staff member before the trip. <\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Minors may take part in boat trips if accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility for the minor.<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. The person who registers the boats is responsible for the damage or loss of the inventory and covers all damages to Ozolaivas.<\/span><\/li>\n
        8. Damaged or otherwise inadequate equipment must be reported before the start of the boat trip.<\/span><\/li>\n
        9. Boaters are responsible for any violation of the rules, damage to or loss of personal belongings or possible injury during the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n
        10. Alcohol is not allowed during the trip, if any crew member of the boat has consumed alcohol before or during the trip, the crew accepts 100% responsibility for their actions and consequences.<\/span><\/li>\n
        11. At the start of the trip, all boaters are given a safety and technical briefing.<\/span><\/li>\n
        12. Every boater must wear a lifejacket.<\/span><\/li>\n
        13. The total weight of the boat crew shall not exceed the carrying capacity of the boat selected on the entry form.<\/span><\/li>\n
        14. Ozolaivas are eligible to supply a larger boat than the one indicated on the registration form.<\/span><\/li>\n
        15. If the registrant wishes to change the size of the boat, this must be notified at least 24 hours before the trip. <\/span><\/li>\n
        16. In the event of a boat trip being rescheduled, cancelled or the rider failing to attend, the “Trip Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/a>” shall apply.<\/span><\/li>\n
