Join the boat trip on one of the most beautiful sections of the Iecava river! <\/strong><\/p>\n

The trip will start just above the town of Iecava, where large, lush trees line the banks, seemingly hiding the river while still allowing views of the surroundings.
\nUpon reaching the town of Iecava, the first small rapids will appear, along with more aquatic plants, and the banks will become steeper as the river flows through a kind of valley, where exposed banks can also be seen.<\/span>
\nAfter the town of Iecava, the river becomes a bit wider and deeper, yet the banks are still lined with trees.
The trip ends at a small hydropower plant.

The trip is truly beautiful and interesting!

Along the way, there are 2 larger fallen trees that can be navigated around on the bank, as well as 2-3 smaller ones that can be crossed in the water. In the section of the Iecava river by the town, there may be a couple of shallower spots where you need to get out of the boat and wade a short distance, but you won\u2019t have to carry the boat. Therefore, recommended footwear includes crocs, sandals, or any shoes suitable for getting into the water. At higher water levels, these areas are navigable by boat.
