Trip cancellation and transfer policy
- You can transfer or change your booking to another one of our boat trips at least 24 hours before the boat trip.
- If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start of the boat trip:
2.1. possible rescheduling to another available date;
2.2. the money paid can be used to pay for another trip (if the chosen trip is more expensive than the one paid for, the customer pays the difference).
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked journey or no-show will result in the loss of the right to reschedule the journey to another date or to use the money paid to pay for another journey, no money paid will be refunded.
- For individual trips, changes in the number of boats are accepted at least 24 hours before the start of the trip. If changes in the number of boats are announced less than 24 hours before the start of the race, the pre-booked number of boats will be charged.
- Ozolaivas reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unsuitable weather conditions or insufficient numbers of participants. In the event of cancellation, Ozolaivas will contact each client individually to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
Changes to the cancellation and transfer policy
Ozolaivas reserves the right to amend the Cancellation and Transfer Policy unilaterally at any time. Once amended, the new policy will be published on the Ozolaivas website.
