Description
In this part of the river you can experience a different Iecava – at first the riverbed is artificially straightened, which creates a unique landscape, but after a few kilometres the river continues to flow along its natural course.
The shores of Iecava are surrounded by large, leafy trees that seem to hide the river, but at the same time you can see both the colourful Brankas small-garden area and the private houses of Ozolnieki. The journey goes from the Zemdari home near Brankas to the Kauguri ponds in Ozolnieki.
There will be one rest break, the trip can be extended to the mouth of the Iecava river.

The route is easy, with a gentle current, suitable for beginners and families with children.
The route is navigable throughout the whole season.
