Description
The mouth of the Gauja River at sunset is one of the most romantic places to watch a peaceful sunset, but there is also much to see during the day, as the natural appearance of the Gauja estuary with the interaction of the river and the sea is still preserved.
The trip takes place from the Carnikava Local History Center to the mouth of the Gauja River, where a rest break is planned. After that, there will be a return boat trip to the starting point.
Trip length: 7 km
Trip duration: ~3 hours
INFORMATION:
1) The route is easy, with a gentle current, suitable for beginners and families with children.
2) The day before the trip, until At 12:00, you will receive an informative email from Ozolaivas (it may end up in your spam folder).
3) The trip may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or if 4 boats have not registered.
4) One break is planned, snacks, tea/coffee are to be provided by yourselves.
