Enjoy an adventure on the Vecslocene river – through reed labyrinths to lake Sloka!
In the first half of the trip, endless reed labyrinths stretch all around, opening the way to the vast lake Sloka.
After a peaceful rest at the Sloka lake observation tower, we continue along the narrow and winding Vecslocene river — a place where time flows more slowly and nature reveals its secrets.
A trip along the Vecslocene river is a unique opportunity to experience a river that was once part of a historic navigation route between lakes Kaņieris and Valgums. Today, it is a small river surrounded by nature, whose flow changes with the seasons and rainfall, making every trip a unique experience.

- After registration, you will receive a confirmation email, but no later than the day before the trip by 12:00, you will receive information about the trip. (Don’t forget to check your spam folder!)
- The trip may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or if fewer than 4 boats are booked
- One rest break is planned at the Sloka lake observation tower
- The price includes driver transport (1 driver per person per boat)
Registration is recommended at least 48 hours before the trip. Why? So we can plan the total number of boats and the required equipment.
If you want to book at the last minute – it’s best to contact us beforehand!
What if I’ve signed up but can’t attend?
If, due to various circumstances, you cannot make it to the trip:
- you can exchange it for another trip on one of the available dates if you notify us at least 48h before the trip.
- if less than 48h remain before the trip or if you do not show up, the opportunity to reschedule to another date will be lost!
