🚣 A sunrise trip in the bog is a unique opportunity to watch nature awaken — listen to birdsong, observe the play of mist, and feel true harmony. Latvia’s bogs are among the most beautiful in Europe, and it is precisely at sunrise that the landscape takes on a special atmosphere.

🌅 Where will we go?
The eastern edge of the Great Ķemeri bog hides a labyrinth of flooded peat quarry, which—after a restoration project—has become a true natural gem. Channels, small islands, and water reflections create a surreal view that changes with every moment.
Trip length: 3-4km
Event duration: ~2 – 2h15min
Time on water: ~1-1h15min
Difficulty level: the route is easy, with no current, and suitable for beginners as well as families with children.
Good to know!
- After registration, you will receive a confirmation email, no later than the day before the trip
(by 12:00), you will receive detailed trip information. (Don’t forget to check your spam folder!) - A sunrise viewing stop on the water is planned (you are welcome to bring tea and snacks).
- The trip may be postponed (to another date) due to unfavorable weather conditions.
- It is not possible to get there by public transport.
Registration is recommended at least 48 hours before the trip. Why? So we can plan the total number of boats and the required equipment.
If you want to sign up at the last minute, it’s better to give us a call first!
IF I HAVE REGISTERED, BUT CANNOT ATTEND?
If, due to various circumstances, you cannot make it to the trip:
- You can switch to another trip on one of the available dates (if there is a free spot), provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the trip.
- if less than 48h remain before the trip or if you do not show up, the opportunity to reschedule to another date will be lost!

Register for the trip:
1) choose your desired date and the boat size indicated on the gift card;
2) select the type of partner gift card and enter the gift card code;
3) add to the shopping cart;
4) Fill in the required contact information and click “Place order”.
Before registering, make sure your gift card is valid at least until the day of the trip!!
If, due to various circumstances, you cannot make it to the trip:
- You can exchange it for another date from the available options (if there is space on the trip), provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.
- ff less than 48h remain before the trip or if you do not show up, the gift card will be considered used, and rescheduling will not be possible!
