Do you want to experience the most beautiful landscapes of Zemgale, see cliffs, and paddle where the Lielupe River begins? Join the boat trip on the river Lielupe from Mūsa to Mežotne!
Spring has begun – everything is slowly blooming and turning green! And there’s nothing more beautiful than going to enjoy the natural scenery in the most classic and picturesque route along the river Lielupe – from the village of Mūsa along Bauska to Mežotne, with a rest stop in Jumpravmuiža Park!
The journey will begin on the Mūsa River and lead along the Bauska Castle hill to the place where the Mūsa and Mēmele rivers converge into the Lielupe.
From Bauska to the Mežotne Castle hill, the Lielupe River flows through a ancient valley that has formed in dolomites, so along the way from the boats it is possible to observe an unusual landscape in Zemgale – dolomite cliffs.
In Jumpravmuiža Park, there will be a rest break, as well as an opportunity to enjoy the view of the rivert Lielupe from above.
Finish at Mežotne Castle.

INFORMATION:
1) The route is easy, with a gentle current, suitable for beginners and families with children.
2) The day before the trip, by 12:00, you will receive an informative email from Ozolaivas!
3) The trip may be canceled due to bad weather conditions or if there are fewer than 4 boats registered.
4) A rest break is planned, snacks and water are not included.
5) Driver transfer included in price.
